San Diego · Custom Homes & Renovation

Built to luxury Standard
Priced for your project

Why we're saying this now

You shouldn't need a seven-figure budget to get seven-figure workmanship.

ANS Construction builds custom luxury homes — ground-up construction, full renovations, and high-end remodels across San Diego's coastal neighborhoods. The photos below are our work. For years we've had the same conversation with homeowners who called us: "I love what you build, but my project is a lot smaller than that." Usually we had to turn them down. That never felt right. So we built a team for exactly those projects. Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, renovations, outdoor living — run by the same superintendents, staffed by the same finish carpenters, tile setters and electricians who do the custom homes. The scope changes. The standard doesn't.

If you've been putting off a project because you assumed the good builders wouldn't take it — or wouldn't be affordable — this is your invitation to call and find out.

Selected work

This is the standard your project gets.

The same trades, detailing and project management go into a kitchen remodel as into a custom build. Only the scope changes.

How we work

Four things we do on every job, at every size.

Most bad renovation experiences come down to the same handful of failures. Here's what we commit to in writing before anything starts.

1. A real number, line-itemed. You see what every part costs before we begin. No "we'll figure it out as we go."
2.One person you call. A named project manager who answers the phone and knows your job.
3. A schedule we hold. And a call from us the day anything threatens it — not the week after.
4. Licensed, insured, permitted. Properly pulled permits and inspections on every job that needs them.
